SafariDeals offers clients quality safari experinces at top game lodges in South Africa and neighbouring African countries.

 

SafariDeals was founded by Miles Willis in 2010. Miles has an MBA and 15 years experience in the travel industry. Before starting his own business, Miles held several senior positions with major travel companies, including Managing Director of Sure Tours, General Manager of Thompsons Tours Cape Town and Account Director at Achievement Awards.

 

Miles has always loved travelling and brings his passion for travel to his own busines, with attention to detail and personalised care of his clients.

  • 2021:  Six month’s working in the UK.  Based in Gravesend Kent. Travelled around to Birmingham, Yorkshire & Dorset
    2019:  Educational trip to Mauritius with Beachcomber Tours
       Personal trip to England, UK- Cornwall, Devon & Dorset
       Personal Trip to USA – California, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas & Rhode Island
    2016:  Three months in Scotland and travelled to England though Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Cotswolds & Dorset.

  • 2011: Attended Beachcomber Educational trip to Sainte Anne in the Seychelles.2008: Attended ITB in Berlin and Pow Wow in Las Vegas.

  • 2007: Attended World Travel Market (WTM) in London and Rhythms of the South travel fair in New Orleans.

  • 2006: Tour leader for a group of travel agents to the Seychelles. Tour leader for a group of top achievers to Wales to watch the Springboks play Wales at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff. Educational cruise in the Caribbean with travel agents. Golf trip to Sun City.

  • 2005: Golf trip with Rennies to Vic Falls. Fam trip to Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne & Sydney. Personaltrip to Mauritius. Tour leader of group to Wales to watch Springboks play Wales at theMillennium Stadium.

  • 2004: Educational to Namibia. Rovos Rail to George. Fam trip to Seychelles & Maldives. Ed trip toVic Falls and Chobe.

  • 1985: Tour Leader to Rio de Janeiro. 8 pax for Suntek.

  • 1984: Spent a year travelling around the world on my own. Sailed from Cape Town to Fremantle, Australia. Spent three months travelling in Australia. Visited Perth, Cairns, Great Barrier reef, Whitsunday Islands, Brisbane and Sydney. Flew to New Zealand and travelled for two weeks. Visited Auckland, Christchurch, Queenstown, Milford Sound. Then flew to Fiji where I stayed for a week. Then flew to Hawaii where I stayed in Honolulu for a month. Then onto the mainland USA where I stayed for six months in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Ski in Lake Tahoe. I bought a Chevy V8 and drove across America stopping at Las Vegas, El Paso, New Orleans, Washington, New York and Buffalo. I then flew to London where I stayed for a few weeks before coming home.1976: Eurorail through Europe: Visited London, Amsterdam, Munich, Rome, Venice, Florence, Barcelona, Paris, Nice, Cote d'Azur, Geneva, Innsbruck & Lucerne. Ski in Austria at Bergitz.​
